I've been straddling the line between being a "child" and being an actual "grownup" for years now.
(As I write this I realize that I've probably been a legit adult for much longer than I care to admit).
One additional barometer?
I have a recipe to share. In addition to being edible, it's delicious!
I love all things pumpkin, cinnamon and related to Fall in general, so when I was told about a delicious and healthy recipe encompassing all of those things, I had to try it. (I'll admit I wasn't going to attempt it on my own until I found out how easy it was).
Two ingredients. A can of pumpkin, and a box of spice cake. I even bought the cheapest variations of each ingredient and they worked fabulously.
All you need to do is combine the two ingredients in a bowl and spoon the resulting mix in to the cupcake molds. I baked that for somewhere between 20-30 minutes at 350 - to be honest, I'm not exactly sure how long because I put them in for because I just checked the cupcakes every 5-10 minutes until they were cooked through.
Delicious and only slightly more than 100 calories per muffin.
And full of fiber.
(That does it, I'm an adult).
