Last week, Iowa dominated our in-state rival, and it was a very fun game to watch (well, for Hakwyes at least...) but after the 28-point victory, Iowa's poll ranking went down. Obviously, that was a surprise to many, including me. Granted, I don't know much about the way the polling system works, or why that might have happened, but honestly, who cares. We beat an unranked non-conference team.
(Oh, don't worry... we did).
In the words of Adam Rittenberg: "Want respect, Hawkeyes? Go to Arizona and get some".
(But, if the Hawks dominate today and our ranking still slips? Then I will start talking poll trash).
